Your Chef, Rodolphe Fischnaller, is a former pupil of Paul Bocuse at Collonges au Mont d'Or and has worked for major Lyon restaurants with Michelin Guide stars (Restaurant Pierre Orsi, Restaurant Larivoire) as well as abroad (Gordon Ramsay's L'Aubergine, J-C Novelli's The Four Seasons and Le Pont de la Tour, the most "Jet Set" of Sir Terence Conran's restaurants). He offers a range of varied dishes, from the traditional 'Terroirs de Périgord et de France' menu, privileging high-quality, fresh seasonal produce, to more original menus - through his travels, your Chef takes you through the World's cooking: Creole, Mediterranean, Sweet 'n Sour...
